In between family visits and back to school craziness, I wanted to show my hubby how much I really love and appreciate him. On his birthday I took a deep breath and decided to make tuna noodle casserole!!! Why is this a big deal? I have a semi fear/ disgust of casseroles and that one in particular tops the list! Dave likes how his mom made it growing up, (Campbell soup recipe) and so that is how I made it! I still think cream of mushroom soup is the grossest thing ever and I'm not totally comfortable with those weird egg noodles either! Happy Birthday hun!
