First time for me...

How weird! I'm always claiming how NOT a writer I am but this is something new and different and during a time where everything is sooooo new and different what's one more thing right? *shrug* what's the worst thing that could happen? The 3 people that read this get so turned off they never read again? I can handle that! I've been reading a lot of other people's blogs, trying to get a feeling for what it is I want to write about. I like the one's that start with a picture, and tell me the story behind it. I think I would ramble on less that way. So I'll try it!

This is Jake's 2nd day of Kindergarten! Why not the first day? I was so emotional and tied up taking pictures of other people's kids I never thought to get my own! I've been trying to come to terms with how I feel about him starting school.


  • I am very happy for him, I LOVED my K-teacher!
  • Yay! More days for him to run around and get dirty! (that aren't my house!)
  • 5 days a week of friends (I want friends to be a big part of his life)
  • More time for me to get projects around the house done!
  • More time to think about what's next!
It's the last one that's getting to me. I'm trying to keep very busy and not think about that one. The Holidays coming up definitely keep me busy, and not worrying about it as much but I have a feeling that come January if I don't have an answer or a plan....*sigh* Who knows! Right now I am enjoying what I have and how much fun Jacob is! He's at such a great age with lot's of questions and lot's of mischief! He still loves pouring buckets of water over his head! What more could I ask for?

    I'm glad you entered the blogging world! Cute post. I'm glad you still remember and love your Kindergarten teacher. Maybe some of past students will remember me.
