When I grow up...
I have a dream...that one day my room will be my sanctuary....that it will smell nice....look inviting....and make me "feel like a natural, WOman!" (those were song lyrics BTW!) Here's where I am with that,
Step One : Remove the little people! Both kids are in their own rooms, mostly sleeping through the night!
Step Two: Remove traces of the little people! *Sniffle* This has been next to our bed since Jacob was born....but....No More! *Grin* (I mean the bassinet BTW)
Step Three: Get crap off the floor. My super cool hubby made me this:
Step Four: Vacuum and dust like I should have been doing since we moved in 4 years ago! After doing this it's amazing how much better the room smelled!
Step Five: Accessorize and add the finishing touches! No picture just yet, stay tuned!

I love it! Can't wait to spring my ideas on Ray to make our room more of a sanctuary!!
When my room is filling up with kid stuff and filth I always feel like Oprah is whispering in my ear to make our room a sanctuary. Way to listen to Oprah! Nice bookshelves.
